We create preliminary sketches of your space, craft a realistic budget, and provide an in-depth explanation of our process. We realize that renovation is difficult to live through and that is why we work so hard to make it as easy as possible for our clients. Each client is assigned a project manager who knows the design intimately and will give careful consideration to every phase, every detail.

When Design Builders and Remodeling was started in 1986, founder David H. Adams envisioned a company that would provide a comprehensive offering of services that bring together the professional design, budgeting and construction of new homes, additions, kitchens and other renovation and home remodeling projects. David continues as President of the company today, and oversees the execution of that vision every day. We strive to continuously exceed client expectations, and make the designing and building process as smooth and simple as possible.

Recently rated by CNN as one of the top 25 towns to live in in America, it is a residential community with open lands (a testament to its colonial farming roots), historic architecture and extensive town services.
