Design Builders & Remodeling is a full service residential design build firm headquartered in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The firm has proudly serviced discriminating buyers in Fairfield, Westchester, Litchfield and Putnam Counties since 1986.
The company was started by David H. Adams who continues as the President and running daily operations. David envisioned a company that would provide a comprehensive offering of services that bring together the professional design, budgeting and construction of new homes, additions, kitchens and remodeling projects.
David is one of a handful of remodeling professionals in Fairfield County, Connecticut that has earned the Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The CGR designation is an exclusive, professional designation that emphasizes business management as the foundation of a successful remodeling company. The CGP is a professional designation identifying the individual as having the knowledge and training of the best strategies for incorporating green building principles into the home.
Since 1986, Design Builders & Remodeling, Inc has completed hundreds of renovations, additions, new homes and kitchen remodels.
