"We have been living upstairs for a week now and are delighted with how everything turned out. It is exactly what we wanted. You made it very easy, throughout the entire decision making process. At every step we felt comfortable; contract, design, selection etc...The entire construction team was terrific. Phil was great. He kept us informed as to the schedule and who would be in our home, addressed every concern we had(no matter how idiotic), was always prompt in his responses, made good suggestions when we were faced with a choice, explained things well, and listened to our needs. All of the other tradesmen were complete professionals too. All did great work, and were eager to please us. They were all very respectful of our home, our dog, and the fact that we were being inconvenienced by the construction. At the end of each day our house was clean, and in order. They were always on time, and put in a full day's work. We were very impressed. Juan is such a nice guy, Will cracked up Claudia with his joking, and Mark executed the closets flawlessly. And, as the job progressed, and I had questions regarding cost, you always got back to me in a timely manner, and with a very fair resolution.
